Do I need to approve everything?
Anything outward-facing, yes. The Copilot answers your questions and prepares drafts freely, but nothing is published, sent or changed on your behalf until you approve it. You stay in charge; it does the legwork.
What does it cost?
BLK Copilot is included in every package — Ignition, Orbit and Apollo, from R3,500 — with a monthly AI allowance that grows with your package. AI Front Desk is an optional add-on at R699 per month, including 300 customer conversations, with a 14-day free trial.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your business data is used only to answer you and your customers, and it is kept isolated to your own account. We do not use it to train AI models, and it is never shared across businesses.
Can it talk to my customers?
That is AI Front Desk: an optional chat assistant on your own website that answers customers from your catalogue and FAQs, captures orders with secure PayFast payment links, and hands over to you whenever a human touch is needed. A WhatsApp channel is on the way.
What can it help me with day to day?
