Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you work with us.
Who we are
The Business Launch Kit is operated by Spout Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. These terms govern your use of businesslaunchkit.co.za and any launch package, company registration, or Mission Support service you purchase from us.
What we offer
We build 100% custom websites for South African small businesses, sold as fixed-scope launch packages (Ignition, Orbit, and Apollo — see Packages for current scope and pricing), each payable as a deposit followed by monthly instalments. We also offer CIPC company registration as an add-on, and ongoing Mission Support services — SEO/xEO, social media management, on-demand design, app development, and company registration — billed monthly or annually once switched on from your client workspace (see Mission Support).
Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Payments are processed securely through PayFast, a licensed South African payment gateway. Once-off amounts, like your package deposit, are collected via a PayFast redirect checkout. Instalments and recurring Mission Support subscriptions are collected automatically from the card you save on file, using PayFast's tokenised billing — you can review this at any time from your client workspace.
Accepting these terms
By paying a deposit, confirming an instalment, or activating a Mission Support service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Delivery Policy, each of which forms part of these terms.
Refunds, cancellation and delivery
In short: payments are non-refundable once processed, Mission Support subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your workspace (effective at the end of the current billing period), and we'll confirm delivery timelines with you directly during onboarding. Full detail is in the linked policies above.
Non-payment
If a payment fails or an instalment falls overdue, we may suspend access to the affected service until the account is brought up to date. Access is reactivated automatically once payment is received.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
