Refund Policy
Where we stand on refunds, plainly stated.
Our policy
Payments made to Spout Technologies (Pty) Ltd, trading as The Business Launch Kit — including launch package deposits, monthly instalments, the company registration fee, and Mission Support subscription charges — are non-refundable once processed. We begin work on your project as soon as your deposit clears, so there is no cooling-off refund once a payment has gone through.
Billing errors
This policy doesn't cover mistakes on our end. If you believe you've been charged in error, charged twice for the same thing, or charged the wrong amount, contact us straight away at hello@businesslaunchkit.co.zaand we'll investigate and correct it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under South African law that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
Cancelling a service
A refund is different from a cancellation. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't reverse payments already made — see our Cancellation Policy for how cancellation works for your package or subscription.
