What you get, and when you get it.
Digital delivery, not physical goods
The Business Launch Kitis a digital service — we don't ship physical products, so there's no courier or shipping involved in any package or service.
Your client workspace
As soon as your deposit is successfully processed, you get access to your client workspace, where you track your build, submit onboarding content, view invoices, and manage your services.
Website builds
Once your deposit clears and you've submitted the content we need from you, we get to work on your site, domain, hosting, and branded email. We'll confirm your specific build timeline with you directly during onboarding — it depends on your package and how quickly onboarding content comes in.
Mission Support services
Once you switch on a Mission Support service — SEO/xEO, social media management, design, app development, or company registration — it's delivered through your client workspace: you submit requests there, and completed work, reports, and deliverables come back to you there. Company registration
Where you've purchased CIPC company registration, we submit your registration on your behalf once we have everything we need from you. Turnaround depends on CIPC's own processing times, which are outside our control.
